Aluminum die casting is a pressure casting process that uses a pressure die casting machine with a mold to inject molten aluminum or aluminum alloy into the machine's inlet. The molten metal is then cast under pressure to create aluminum or aluminum alloy parts with the shape and size of the mold. These parts are commonly known as aluminum die castings. Advantages: (1) It can produce metal parts with complex shapes, clear contours, and thin walls and deep cavities. Because the molten metal maintains high fluidity under high pressure and high speed, it is possible to obtain metal parts that are difficult to process using other methods. (2) Die castings have high dimensional accuracy, reaching IT11

The molten metal is then cast under pressure to create aluminum or aluminum alloy parts with the shape and dimensions of the mold. These parts are commonly known as aluminum die castings.
  Advantages:
  (1) It can produce metal parts with complex shapes, clear contours, and thin walls and deep cavities. Because the molten metal maintains high fluidity under high pressure and high speed, it can produce metal parts that are difficult to process using other methods.
  (2) Die castings have high dimensional accuracy, reaching IT11-13, sometimes IT9, with surface roughness of Ra0.8-3.2μm, and good interchangeability.
  (3) High material utilization rate. Due to the high precision of die castings, only a small amount of machining is required for assembly. Some die castings can be directly assembled. The material utilization rate is about 60%-80%, and the blank utilization rate is 90%.
  (4) High production efficiency. Due to high-speed filling, short filling time, rapid solidification of the metal, and fast die casting operation cycle, die casting has high productivity among various casting processes and is suitable for mass production.
  (5) Convenient use of inserts. It is easy to set up positioning mechanisms on the die casting mold, making it convenient to embed inserts to meet the special performance requirements of local die castings.
